PCI Gateway Product Support Specialist | Credit Card Payments Gateway (Work from home)

APS is 16 year old credit card and check merchant account provider. We are currently looking for someone to fill a full-time position with the company in our Technical Support Dept. APS is a leader in the industry and our Service and Support staff are the backbone of what make our company one of the most highly respected merchant account providers on the market today.

Salary Determined by Level of Experience

• Receive, research and respond to incoming Technical Support related questions/requests via email and telephone
• Utilize in-house software and 3rd party payment gateways to locate transactions for both credit cards and check payments
• Constantly stay up to date with new systems and procedures
• Demo and train our client base both new and old in our product base ranging from reporting, processing of payments and setting up access for new users
• Maintain and create spreadsheets for the tracking of company related information
• Maintain an attitude of always going the extra mile for all of our clients and fellow company relationships at all times
• Knowledge of the credit card and check processing industry 1+ year experience
• Knowledge of Internet Gateways and Software specifically designed for processing credit card and check payments via the web or manual upload (e.g. Authorize.net, NMI, USAePay, Forte)
• Basic knowledge of computers, web browsers, FTP and the ability to troubleshoot these items
• Ability to use Skype and teleconferencing software such as Citrix Go To Meeting/WebEx Meeting
• Must have a solid form of communication such as landline telephone, clear reception cell phone or a microphone headset and/or speakers
• Knowledge of professional business procedures and etiquette
• Skill in answering a telephone as well as sending/receiving emails in a pleasant and helpful manner
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and our employees
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a home environment, you must supply your own computer and telephone and broadband internet is recommended
